How To Attend

OneStream Splash Copenhagen will be held 17 – 19 September 2024 at the conference location:

Anyone attending any conference events, including meals or receptions, must be registered. At the price of $215, you can purchase a guest pass as an add-on to your registration, which includes entry to the Opening Reception and Splash Night Out. Guests attending Splash Night Out must be 21 years of age.

Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening events.

Conference registration will be located at the entry of Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.

Onsite registration and attendee materials pick-up hours:

• Tuesday, 17 September | 8:00 – 16:00
• Wednesday, 18 September | 8:00 – 13:15
• Thursday, 19 September | 8:00 – 10:30

We will process full refunds, minus a Credit Card Processing Fee of 7%, for any cancellation until 17 August 2024. We cannot process any refunds after that date.

However, if you cannot attend a Splash event after this time, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. If you need to do this, please send an email to [email protected] with details of the person attending in your place.

If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, or other reasonable accommodations to fully participate in this event, please email [email protected]. Information regarding disabilities and special assistance will remain confidential.

Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash Copenhagen 2024 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStream’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

As a courtesy to presenters and other attendees, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate during sessions and keynote presentations. Please quietly exit the room to attend to important phone calls. Videotaping of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

Wi-fi will be provided for attendees of the Splash conference in meeting areas.  The username and password will be available at a later date.

Casual or business casual is suggested. Remember to bring a light sweater with you to the conference, as the meeting rooms often run cool.

All Splash attendees will have access to available content and select session recordings through the Splash On-demand platform.

Unable to attend in-person? Register for Splash On-demand to gain access and insight to the available conference content and recordings.

All Splash On-demand content will be available for two months following the close of the conference.

Content and recordings from Splash Copenhagen can only be viewed by individuals who have paid to attend Splash. Recordings cannot be used for replay without the explicit consent by OneStream.

Presentations approved to be shared will be available through the OneStream Splash Attendee Center and Splash On-demand.

Splash Night Out is the premiere social event of the conference! Held  on Wednesday, 18 September 19:00 – 23:00 at the Copenhagen Opera House.

Costumes strongly encouraged, the theme will be revealed soon!

No! All breakout sessions and product demos are open to registered attendees with a badge.
