What can I expect from this service?

We will assess your property in relation to the current market conditions. We offer a free valuation service that can give you a realistic monthly rental price.Interview and assess prospective tenants. arranging and attending viewing where required. We will market your property through various means, both on and offline and will compare your property with our extensive tenant register, as well as arranging and attending viewings to help find the perfect pairing.Once we have found a potential tenant, we’ll take care of all the referencing, interviews and arrange for the deposit to be paid. We will also coordinate the start and end of the tenancy, issue statutory notices and set up monthly payments to be paid to you directly.
